Supak Thipayakosai, the Thai consultant of Spring Spa believed firmly in that idea and asked a Thai spa expert with 20000 hours of experience to fly over to Bangladesh and train the local masseurs. After the training period was over, Supak stayed back to be the Consultant and ensure that the quality was maintained.

Supak, an MBA degree holder from the California State University of Northridge, says, 'We wanted to tickle all the five senses of all our customers. The lemon grass essence is for tickling the sense of smell. We tried to provide an aesthetic décor for our guests and thus satisfy their sense of sight. The choice of peaceful and classy music is bliss for our sense of hearing. Our masseurs of course exemplify the power of the sense of touch. And as for the fifth sense...'

Supak paused for a minute and I was presented with a glass of mango juice which stood on a traditional Thai plate.
She smiled and continued, 'And as for the fifth sense, the sense of taste, we provide a complimentary drink for all our customers.'
